GuidelinesDue to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have changed the way we carry out events following both government advice and the most updated Motorsport UK guidance, therefore, please note the following:
ALL ATTENDING:
EVERYBODY, whether attending as an OFFICIAL or COMPETITOR must book online here...
Anyone attending as part of a "SAME-HOUSEHOLD OR SOCIAL BUBBLE" must named on the signing-on form. This is in case there is a need for track and tracing.
No spectators will be allowed on site.Please keep 2 metres away from all others, except for those members of your own household or social bubble.
COMPETITORS
Only Pre-booked and pre-paid entries will be allowed.

Signing-on includes submitting photos of your RS Clubman Licence and Club membership card these can be uploaded at time of online signing on or emailed to nerolrc@ipes.biz Your RS Clubman Licence and Club Membership card must still be brought on the day.
Competitors may only bring members of their own household or social bubble with them. Navigators from the same household or social bubble will be permitted. Vehicle sharing / double driving is only allowed by members from the same household or social bubble. Payment for competitor entry should be made in advance of the event by Bank Transfer to the details provided to you after completion of application / entry form.
No CASH or BOOKINGS are allowed on the day.
Refunds will be made if for any reason the event does not go ahead, any refunds will be paid back via Electronic transfer no cash.
Bring your own PPE to the event on the day and please use it. See Motorsport UK Guidance on recommended PPE
On arrival, there will be a cleaning station on the entry gate. You and all occupants of your vehicle must sanitise your hands.
When sitting in your vehicle you must leave a minimum of 2 metres between you and your neighbour.
OFFICIALS & MARSHALS
Officials and Marshals must pre-book online - Officials Sign On
Signing-on will be online by going to the links above or follow links on website www.nero.org.uk
Allow plenty of space when parking between you and your neighbour.Please be clear about any procedure of incidents and First Aid. This will be given out at the Drivers Briefing
ALL ATTENDING must bring the following PPE.·
The club may provide additional PPE but everyone must bring their own.
Double Driving
Any double driving requires the car cleaning down in sanitiser between drivers if not from the same household. This will be monitored.
Drivers and Co drivers from outside the same household must wear gloves and face covering while in the car together.
No one not registered prior to the event will be allowed on site.You must register as an entrant and separately register as a Marshall or official. Without registered marshals the event may be cancelled on arrival.
If you say you are coming and can't you must advise as soon as possible as we may need to cancel the event.
No show, no refund.
A driver briefing will take place at 2m spacing.
Everyone MUST stand at least 2m apart no matter of bubbles or household. (You can't always explain a photo that someone's posted on Facebook etc).
Do not touch other people's cars or equipment.
All attendees must follow club Covid-19 guidance. This may be greater than the perceived instructions for the government. For clarity you attend based on following the instructions at the COVID-19 briefing. Anyone who repeatedly does not follow this may be asked to leave.
If a major contravention of the requirements are not followed then the event maybe abandoned with no one being offered a refund.Post EventIf following the event an attendee tests positive for COVID-19 then we will follow the current track and trace system.
Your details will be passed to relevant parties.
Should a member not follow instructions from Track and Trace, you may be excluded from future events.
